Chinese Ambassador pays courtesy call on DPM Paudel

Chinese Ambassador Chen Song has paid a courtesy call on Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Bishnu Paudel, on Friday.

Held at the Finance Ministry, Chinese Ambassador and Finance Minister Paudel discussed issues related to bilateral ties, mutual interest and cooperation, according to the Ministry.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, following the meeting with DPM Paudel, Ambassador Chen stated, “We reached consensus on deepening mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of trade, investment, connectivity, tourism, etc.”

In the meeting, Chinese Ambassador congratulated Paudel on his appointment as the DPM and Finance Minister and wished more fruitful conversations with him in the days ahead.
