CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', Nepal Samajbadi Party (NSP) Chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai and senior Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel have held a meeting at the parliamentary party office of the Maoist Center in Singha Durbar on Friday.
The leaders reportedly discussed contemporary politics, including election results and formation of new government, in the meeting.
NSP leader Mahendra Raya Yadav is also present on the occasion. The meeting is underway.
The meeting among the leaders comes at a time when political parties are engaged in internal homework for government formation.
The Election Commission has already made public results of the first-past-the-post seats to the House of Representatives and Province Assembly.
In the proportional representation (PR) category, final preparations are being made to pick lawmakers.
The Election Commission has directed parties to submit names of PR lawmakers by Saturday.
