Chakra Bahadur Budha has been appointed the director general of the Customs Department.
Finance Minister Janardan Sharma placed Budha at the Customs Department by pulling the deparment's Director General Kamal Bhattarai to the Finance Ministry.
The Ministry said Bhattarai had been given the responsibility of Corporation Coordination Division.
The Finance Ministy also shuffled the responsibilities in the Inland Revenue Department about two weeks ago.
Revenue Department Director General Ritesh Shakya was pulled to the ministry and Dirgha Raj Mainali was appointed in his place.
