NOC hikes diesel and kerosene prices by Rs 3 per liter

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), the state oil monopoly, has increased the prices of diesel and kerosene.

The Corporation has increased the prices of diesel and kerosene by Rs 3 per liter, effective from Saturday midnight.

The prices of petrol, gas, and aviation fuel have not changed.

With the price adjustment, the price of diesel and kerosene in Kathmandu and Pokhara will cost Rs 153 per liter. In Dang and Surkhet, it will cost Rs 152 and in the rest of the areas, Rs 150.50 per liter, according to the press note issued by NOC.

Meanwhile, the Corporation has clarified that the prices have been adjusted as per the new purchase price received from the Indian Oil Corporation today.
