Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) at the US Embassy in Kathmandu, Jason P. Meeks, has paid a goodwill visit to the Office the Millennium Challenge Account-Nepal (MCA-Nepal) on Friday.
Posting a twitter message, the MCA-Nepal informed about DCM Meeks' visit to the Office of the MCA-Nepal at Durbar Marg in Kathmandu.
This is his first visit to the MCA-Nepal following his appointment as the DCM to the American Embassy in Kathmandu.
Executive Director of MCA-Nepal Khadga Bahadur Bista welcomed Meeks at the office and apprised him of the latest preparatory works of the roads and transmission lines under the MCC Nepal compact.
The MCA-Nepal is a nodal agency to execute projects under the compact.
