The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has elected Chairman Ravi Lamichhane as the leader of the parliamentary party (PP).
Party's Joint General Secretary Kavindra Burlakoti said Chair Lamichhane was elected unopposed in the PP leader election today.
The RSP has won a total of 20 seats in the House of Representatives -- seven were elected through first-past-the-post and 13 through proportional represenation (PR) system.
