Bijukchhe reelected unanimously as NWPP chair

Narayan Man Bijukchhe (Rohit) has been reelected the Chairman of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party (NWPP) unanimously.

The Eighth General Convention of the party that concluded on Tuesday elected Bijukchhe to the post unopposed. The party's Eighth General Convention had started on February 28 in Bhaktapur.

Bijukchhe has been leading the party since its establishment in 2031 BS (1974).

The general convention elected Prem Suwal as the party secretary while Mohan Prasad Prajapati made it to the post of treasurer.

Likewise, Sunil Prajapati, Nanda Bahadur Shahi, Dilli Prasad Kafle, Nabraj Koirala, Jagya Bahadur Shahi, Surendra Raj Gosain and others have been elected the central committee members unopposed.
