The voting held to elect a Parliamentary Party (PP) leader of the Nepali Congress (NC) has been over.
President Sher Bahadur Deuba and General Secretary Gagan Thapa are vying for the post. The voting, which started on the premise of the PP Office in Singha Durbar at 8 am, ended at round 10 am.
The results will be made public today itself, said the PP Leader and Election Committee. All the 89 NC lawmakers cast their votes in the elections.
