Prachanda left for Balkot to meet CPN (UML) Chair KP Sharma Oli after talks with Prime Minister and NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba failed on Sunday morning.
After Deuba refused to let go of the posts of President and PM, talks between the two parties ended inconclusively.
