Former PMs Oli and Bhattarai hold meeting

Two former Prime Ministers Dr. Baburam Bhattarai and KP Sharma Oli have held a meeting at the latter's residence in Balkot on Monday.

Nepal Samajbadi Party (NSP) Chairman Dr Baburam Bhattarai went to Balkot to meet with Oli.

In the meetings, the two leaders discussed the latest political developments, newly formed ruling coalition and the efficacy of the government, Bhattarai’s secretariat said.

The NSP led by Bhattarai had participated in the November 20 elections with the election symbol of the CPN (Maoist Center).

Mahendra Raya Yadav was elected as a lawmaker of the House of Representatives and Ganga Narayan Shrestha and Phanindra Devkota as Province Assembly lawmakers from the NSP.
