The largest party Nepali Congress (NC) has given a green signal towards giving the vote of confidence to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda.
The meeting of the office-bearers held at Dhumbarahi this morning hinted out to this end
“The NC might give the vote of confidence to Prime Minister Dahal in the parliament today,” an officer-bear privy to the meeting told Nepalkhabar. “A parliamentary party (PP) meeting of the party will take an official decision on it.”
The NC’s PP meeting is taking place at Lhotse Hall in the federal parliament building in New Baneshwor from11 am today.
The House meeting will take place at 1 pm.
Newly-elected Prime Minister Dahal on Monday morning reached Dhumbai, the residence of NC President Deuba, and asked him for the vote of confidence.
