Nepal Airlines preparing direct flights to South Korea

National flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is making preparations to conduct direct flights to South Korea.

The process has been taken forward to conduct direct flights to Incheon International Airport in Seoul from Kathmandu, Archana Khadka, the spokesperson of the NAC told Nepalkhabar.

A 10-member safety audit sub-committee has been formed under the coordination of Deputy General Manager (Engineer) Bikram KC to this effect.

This committee will conduct the safety audit required for the direct flights to South Korea.

“The Civil Aviation Authority under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MoLIT) has to carry out safety audit for the flights. The sub-committee has been formed to this effect,” said Khadka.
