UML appoints Giri chief whip, Bartaula whip

CPN-UML has appointed leader Padam Giri as the chief whip of the UML Parliamentary Party.

UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli today appointed outgoing Health Minister Giri as the chief whip of the PP.

Giri had been elected as a member of the parliament (MP) from Parbat in the general elections held on November 20.

Similarly, UML appointed Mahesh Bartaula as the whip of the PP. Bartuala had been elected as a lawmaker from Makwanpur-2.
