Discuss exploring untapped export potentials of Nepal

Zhang Shaogang, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Madhu Kumar Marasini, secretary at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply have held a meeting on Monday.

“The two leaders in the meeting discussed the issues related to the exploring the untapped export potentials of Nepal and enhancing bilateral trade and investment cooperation,” tweeted the Ministry.

CCPIT Vice Chairman Zhang Shaogang, arrived on a three-day visit to Nepal, leading a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs on Sunday.

CCPIT Vice Chairman Zhang has arrived in Nepal at the invitation of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries. The delegation which arrived in Kathmandu on March 12 will remain till March 15, according to the Chinese Embassy.

During the visit, the Chinese entrepreneurs will call on senior officials of the Nepal government, hold the China-Nepal Business Forum with the CNI and meeting with the Nepal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chinese enterprises in Nepal.
