Sagarmatha Jalbidhyut Company issues IPO

Sagarmatha Jalbidhyut Company has issued initial public offerings (IPO) starting Wednesday.

The company has allocated 218,400 units of shares for the collective investment fund, 131,040 units (3%) for the staffers of the company and the remaining 3,521,760 units of shares for the people in general.

People can subscribe for a minimum 10 units to maximum 10,000 units of primary shares by March 26.

ICRA Nepal Limited has assigned ICRA-NP-IR BBB- to this company.

Prabhu Capital Limited is the issue manager.
