Nepali Congress has called a meeting of the Central Work Execution Committee to decide the ministers to be sent to the government and the candidates to be nominated in the by-elections.
According to Congress Central Office Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel, the meeting has been called for Tuesday (March 28) at 9 am.
The office-bearers and members of the Central Work Execution Committee will participate in the meeting to be held at the party central office in Sanepa.
It is said that the meeting will decide on the ministers who will participate in the government and the candidates for the by-elections.
Earlier on Saturday, an office-bearers' meeting held at party President Sher Bahadur Deuba's residence in Dhumbarahi agreed in principle to participate in the government under the leadership of Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said that he will complete the cabinet by Monday.
By-elections are being held in Chitwan-2, Tanahun-1 and Bara-2 on Aprile 23.
