Nepali Congress has decided to field Govinda Bhattarai in the by-elections to be held at Tanahun-1.
According to Central Working Committee (CWC) Member Arjun Narasingh KC, a meeting of the Central Work Execution Committee (CWEC) on Thursday morning took a decision to this effect.
