By-election: 26 parties registered in Tanahun and Bara

The Election Commission has made public details of the parties registered for the purpose of the by-election to the House of Representatives (HoR) member scheduled for April 23.

It said 26 political parties have been registered in Tanahu electoral constituency no 1 and Bara election constituency no 2 for the purpose of the by-election.

The particulars regarding the registration of political parties in this connection for Chitwan election constituency no 2 have already been published before this.

The Commission has decided to issue directives to the provincial and district election office to make arrangements for providing the voter name list for the by-election in the designated format.
