The prices of diesel and petrol have come down from India.
The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has sent a new price list to Nepal Oil Corporation NOC on Friday after reducing the price of fuel.
According to the Executive Director of the Corporation, Engineer Umesh Prasad Thani, the price of petroleum products supplied by IOC to Nepal has decreased.
According to the new price sent on Saturday, the price of petrol has decreased by 1 rupee 74 paisa and the price of diesel has decreased by 6 rupees 82 paisa, according to Nepal Oil Corporation.
IOC will send new price in every fortnight.
Recently, the price of fuel has decreased in the international market, so the new price has come down.
It is said that the Corporation is preparing to reduce the price of fuel.
At present, the open selling price of petrol in the market is 178 rupees per liter and that of diesel is 175 rupees.
