Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has said that he will file a complaint with the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) against those involved in the audio case in which Rs 20 million was demanded from medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai.

Speaking at an election rally on Monday, Lamichhane, who is running an election campaign in his constituency Chitwan-2, said he will file a complaint against them with the anti-graft body.

"The action will be taken against anyone if found guilty. People close to me have been accused. I myself will submit a complaint to the anti-graft body,” he said.

Lamichhane said that the anti-graft body should find out the guilty and punish him/her ruthlessly. “We will cooperate fully,” said he.
