Two-day Power Summit '23 kicks off in Kathmandu

The 8th Power Summit '23 has started at Hotel Hyatt with the slogan 'Green Energy Market Expansion' in Kathmandu from today.

The summit will last for two days -- Tuesday and Wednesday.

Representatives from more than 30 countries, including India and Bangladesh, are participating in the energy conference organized by Independent Power Producers' Association, Nepal (IPAN).

According to the organizer IPAN, more than 300 representatives working and researching in the energy sector will participate in the conference.

According to the organizer, representatives of power producers, new investors in the electrical sector, financial institutions and consulting companies who are investing in the sector and are eager to invest will participate in it.
