Foreign Department Head of Bharatiya Janata Party BJP, Vijay Chauthaiwale, who is visiting Nepal, has met CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli.
He arrived Nepal on Tuesday, via the land route of the Far West and directly held a political meeting after landing in Kathmandu.
He came to Nepal from Uttarakhand on Tuesday to participate in the Manaskhand Conference held in Dhangadhi.
After coming to Kathmandu from Far West, he also met with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’,President of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba, Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal and Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha.
After meeting with the leaders of the ruling party, he went to Balkot to meet the Chairperson of the main opposition party UML.
He informed via Twitter that he had a meeting with former Prime Minister Oli in Kathmandu as his last political meeting on Tuesday.
He said that he discussed with Oli about the latest political situations of Nepal.
UML Chair Oli's adviser Bishnu Rimal also participated in the meeting.
