The Tatopani border checkpoint at Sindhupalchok bordering China has come into full operation since Monday.
With China's agreement, two-way import and export started via this checkpoint after Rasuwagadhi.
Dayananda KC, the head of Tatopani Customs Office, said that three trucks laden with goods worth 2 million 929 thousand, 811 rupees were exported from Nepal to China this morning.
After a meeting between Nepali and Chinese officials in Lhasa last month, it was agreed to operate this border point in the same condition as before the 2015 earthquake.
According to the agreement, import and export from both Nepal and China have been opened through this border point.
Earlier, this border was operated one-way to bring materials from China. Now, like before 2015, materials have also been taken from Nepal.
