Gold price hits Rs 111,800 per tola

The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,200 per tola (11.66 grams) compared to the previous day, hitting record high on Thursday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price for hallmark gold is Rs 111,800 per tola today followed by Rs 111,250 for the worked gold. 

Similarly, the price of silver reached Rs 1,445 per tola with a rise by Rs 20 compared to Wednesday.
