Kuwait Airways submits plan to conduct regular flights from Gautam Buddha Airport

Kuwait's flag carrier Kuwait Airways has submitted a plan to operate regular flights from Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), the airline has submitted a plan to operate regular flights from Gautam Buddha International Airport from the next month.

Director General of the CAAN, Pradeep Adhikari, informed that this airlines started a Kuwait-Nepal charter flight from last Monday.

According to Adhikari, a diplomatic initiation was taken forward to this effect  about two months ago.

Jagannath Niraula, the spokesperson of the CAAN, informed that the company has already started charter flights and taken the schedule ahead of the tourist season.

According to him, this airlines company has already submitted a plan for regular flights from Bhairahawa from coming December.

The CAAN said that the market will become more competitive with the start of regular flights by Kuwait Airways.
