PM Dahal embarking on four-day India visit with 5 ministers today (with schedule)

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' is embarking on a four-day visit to India at the cordial invitation of his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi today.

Before leaving for India, Prime Minister Prachanda is scheduled to hold a press conference at Tribhuvan International Airport at 12:25 pm.

After landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi in the afternoon, Prime Minister Prachanda will reach Hotel Maurya on Sardar Patel Marg at 3.30 pm.

Indian Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra and National Security Adviser Ajit Doval will meet Prime Minister Prachanda separately at the hotel at 6 pm.

After that, Prime Minister Prachanda and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi are scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting at Hyderabad House tomorrow (June 1) at 11 am. A delegation-level meeting will be held after that. After this, the two Prime Ministers are scheduled to hold a joint press conference. On the same day, Prime Minister Prachanda along with his team will participate in the luncheon hosted by Indian Prime Minister Modi. On the same day, Prime Minister Prachanda is scheduled to meet with Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar.

After that, Prime Minister Prachanda will address the Nepal-India Business Summit jointly organized by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and then there is also a program to interact with the businessmen of both the countries.

After this, Prime Minister Prachanda will meet with the Nepali community in India at a reception organized by the Nepali Ambassador to India, Shankar Prasad Sharma.

According to the schedule, Prime Minister Prachanda will leave for Ujjain and Indore in Madhya Pradesh on the third day (June 2). The next day (June 3) he will visit the Special Economic Zone in Indore and on the same day, Prime Minister Prachanda will fly back to New Delhi and return to Kathmandu at 4:20 pm on a Nepal Airlines flight.

As approved by the Council of Ministers, the entourage includes five ministers: Minister for Physical Infrastructure Prakash Jwala, Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Shakti Bahadur Basnet, Minister for Foreign Affairs NP Saud, Minister for Finance Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat and Minister for Industry, Commerce, and Supply Ramesh Rijal and Prachanda's daughter Ganga Dahal, who is also the Prime Minister's personal secretary.
