Modi clearly spoke after I raised border issue: PM Dahal

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that he clearly raised the broder issue with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi during his visit to India. 

He said this while apprising of the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Monday about his visit to India that took place from May 31 to June 3. 

"During my visit to India, I have asked Narendra Modi to resolve the border issue through the establishment of a diplomatic mechanism," he said.

This is the first time Modi has spoken clearly about the border issue after a long time, said Prachanda. The mechanism will aslo look for ways to deal with the innundation in the southern plains during the summer.
