Shanker Das Biragi sworn-in as National Security Advisor

Newly appointed National Security Advisor Shanker Das Bairagi has taken an oath of office and secretary on Thursday.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ administered the oath of office and secrecy to Bairagi amidst a program organized at Singha Durbar.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers held this morning at the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar has decided to appoint former Chief Secretary Bairagi as an advisor to the National Security Council.

Similarly, Baikuntha Aryal has been appointed as the chief secretary of the government.
