Abrar H. Hashmi appointed new Pakistani ambassador to Nepal

Abrar H. Hashmi has been named Pakistan's new ambassador to Nepal.

Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appointed Hashmi as new ambassador to Nepal upon the recommendation of Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, according to a source at the Pakistani Embassy in Kathmandu. 

Hashmi previously worked as consul general of Pakistan to Houston, United States.
