Land price highest at Durbar Marg and New Road

Kathmandu Metropolitan City has valued the land in New Road area as the highest.

According to the Financial Bill 2080, the value of the land connected to main road in Indrachok, Khichhapokhari, Dharahara has been fixed at Rs 5 million per ana.

Similarly, Rs 5 million has been fixed for the lands in Thamel, Kshetrapati, Hanumandhoka, Asan, Bhotahiti, Nachghar, Maitighar, Singha Durbar Westerngate, Putlisadak, Hattisar, Durbar Marg, Baghbazaar.

The land in Anamnagar, Hanumansthan, Thapagaun, Gaushala via Ratopul to Krishna Pauroti have been fixed at Rs. 2.8 million per ana.

Similarly, Kathmandu Metropolis has assessed land with no road connectivity and categorized as F at 400,000 thousand rupees and Rs 2 million for land categorized as A without roads.

Land connecting to Mahankal, Jorpati road through Peepalbot of Chabahil Chowk to Gaurighat Chowk has been fixed at Rs. 1.3 million per ana.
