Nepali Congress central working committee (CWC) member Pradip Paudel has put forward a proposal that one candidate should not be given federal parliament tickets more than four times.
Paudel suggested this proposal while expressing his views in the CWC meeting held at the central party office in Sanepa on Friday.
“A person should not be given a federal parliament ticket more than four times,” Paudel said in the meeting, “There should be a system of two times in the province.”
Similarly, he has also put forward a proposal to implement a system that one cannot serve as a minister, chief minister or provincial minister more than twice. Likewise, a candidate under proportional representational category should not be repeated.
