Born on 1981 BS at Bhangeri of Ramechhap district, Pushpa Lal had set a goal of building a prosperous nation and fulfilling the task of real liberation of the Nepali people while establishing the Communist Party of Nepal.

Pushpa Lal is known for uniting the Communist and Democratic forces for fighting against the autocratic Panchyat system.

Vice-Chairperson of CPN (Maoist Centre), Pampha Bhusal, said although the need of unified communist party was realized with a goal of fulfilling the dreams of top communist leaders and cadres including Pushpa Lal, it has not been materialized yet.
