The Asian Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs (AIDIA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Europe European Policy Center (EPC), one of the oldest think tanks in Europe.
The historic agreement has solidified the AIDIA’s membership within the EPC and fostered a collaboration and knowledge sharing activities between Nepal and Europe.
“This landmark agreement solidifies the AIDIA's membership within the esteemed ranks of the EPC, fostering a new era of collaboration and knowledge-sharing between Nepal and Europe in the domain of transnational think-tank work,” the think-tanks said in a joint statement.
The EPC is an independent, non-profit think tank dedicated to fostering European integration through analysis and debate, supporting and challenging European decision-makers at all levels to make informed decisions based on evidence and analysis, and providing a multi-stakeholder platform for engaging partners, stakeholders and citizens in the EU policy-making and in the debate about the future of Europe.
The AIDIA is an independent, non-partisan institution that conducts research and analysis domestic and international affairs, diplomacy, entrepreneurship, and offers a platform for dialogues and conflict resolutions.
The collaboration between the AIDIA and EPC represents a significant step forward in fostering an environment of cooperation and knowledge-sharing among think tanks in Europe and Nepal.
This strategic partnership will enable the AIDIA to actively engage with leading experts, policymakers, and stakeholders, in Europe and the world.
With this alliance, the AIDIA aims to expand its reach, broaden its research horizons, and foster increase collaboration among think-tanks in Nepal and Europe.
The MoU was signed by Sunil KC, Founder of the AIDIA and Fabian Zuleeg Chief Executive of the EPC.
