Speaker of the House of Representatives has been informed about the arrest of Sunil Sharma, the Member of Parliament (MP) elected from Morang-3.
Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police wrote a letter to Speaker Devraj Ghimire informing the parliament secretariat about Sharma’s arrest.
CIB arrested Sharma from his residence on Thursday afternoon.
He has been arrested on the charge of faking his educational certificate, it is learnt.
