Coordination mechanism meeting decides to bring back bodies from Israel

To safely relocate Nepali citizens in Israel

A meeting of the coordination mechanism formed by the government for the rescue of Nepali citizens trapped in the ongoing Israel-Hamas war has decided to bring back the bodies of those Nepalis killed in the war-torn country.

A meeting of the coordination mechanism formed under the coordination of Foreign Minister NP Saud was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday morning to take necessary decisions regarding the rescue of the Nepali citizens hit by the Israel-Hamas war.

The decisions taken by the meeting are as follows:

1. Prepare the aircraft to bring back the bodies as soon as possible in coordination with the Israeli side.

2. Finding out a way to safely relocate Nepali citizens in Israel.

The mechanism formed on Sunday will monitor, evaluate and identify the situation of Nepali citizens in Israel and coordinate, take necessary decisions, and rescue them.
