Revolutionary Communist Party of Nepal, Kailali greeted Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ with black flags in Kailali on Monday.
The cadres of the Revolutionary Communist Party in Masuria showed a black flag to Prime Minister Dahal while returning to Dhangadhi after laying a foundation stone of the building of Lamkichuha Municipality in the district.
According to the party, Prachanda was shown a black flag for endorsing the 'anti-national MCC compact' in the name of explanatory comments.
