Rupak Sapkota appointed PM’s Foreign Affairs Advisor

Rupak Sapkota has been appointed as the Foreign Affairs Advisor to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.

Prime Minister's Press Advisor Govinda Acharya informed Nepalkhabar that a cabinet meeting on Thursday took a decision to this effect.

Sapkota holds a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy from Renmin University of China. Rupak is the son of former speaker and Maoist Center spokesperson Agni Prasad Sapkota.

He teaches International Relations and Diplomacy at Tribhuvan University.
