Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and visiting Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee, Wang Junzheng, have held a meeting.
A meeting between the two leaders took place at the Prime Minister's residence, Baluwatar, on Thursday morning.
The Prime Minister's Secretariat said that issues related to bilateral cooperation and interests were discussed during the meeting.
The Chinese delegation including Secretary Wang participated in the meeting.
Earlier, Prime Minister Prachanda and Secretary Wang had held a meeting in Lhasa during his official visit to China last September. At that time, Prime Minister Prachanda invited him to visit Nepal.
Wang, who arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday, had a meeting with Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav at the Vice President's office on the first day.
Various aspects of harmonious relations between Nepal and China were discussed during the meeting, according to the Office of the Vice President.
