NWPP’s Prem Suwal re-elected from Bhaktapur-1

NWPP candidate Prem Suwal.

Prem Suwal, the leader of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party (NWPP), has won in Bhaktapur constituency-1 with a huge margin of votes.

Suwal defeated CPN-UML's Nabaraj Gelal by 30,800 votes while securing a seat in the House of Representatives.

Suwal garnered 42,761 votes while his contender Gelal, who is placed second, received 11,968 votes.

Similarly, Sunil Gothe of CPN (Maoist Center) polled 5,283 votes.

Similarly, in Bhaktapur 2, Durlav Thapa of Nepali Congress has won the elections by defeating Mahesh Basnet of CPN-UML.
