Unified Socialist Chair Madhav Nepal wins HoR seat in Rautahat-1

CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal, has won the election to the member of House of Representatives from Rautahat constituency-1.

Chief Returning Officer of Rautahat district, Matrika Marasini, said Chairman Nepal received 33,522 votes.

Nepal's closest rival Ajay Kumar Gupta of the CPN-UML got 26,922 votes.
