CPN-UML has been maintaining lead in the vote counts tally under the proportional representation (PR) category of the House of Representatives since the very beginning.
According to the latest vote count results, the number of votes received by UML is nearing 600,000 as of 3:28 pm. UML has got 597,852, according to statistics of the Election Commission.
Similarly, Nepali Congress is following the UML with 566,761 votes under the PR category.
Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is in the third position with 304,482 votes while CPN (Maoist Center) has received 273,794 votes and is placed fourth.
Likewise, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) is in the fifth position with with 165,809 votes.
