CPN-UML has maintained its lead in the vote counts under the proportional representation (PR) category of the House of Representatives (HoR).
According to the latest updates provided by the Election Commission (EC), UML is leading with 1,004,162 PR votes followed by Nepali Congress with 955,989 while Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has received 478,180 votes (third position).
Similarly, CPN (Maoist Center) is trailing with 442,038 votes and is in the fourth position. Rastriya Prajatantra Party is in the fifth position with 255,056 PR votes.
Janata Samajbadi Party is in the sixth position with 127,983 votes followed by Janamat Party with 75,853 PR votes (seventh position).
According to the Commission, CPN (Unified Socialist) is in the eight position with 71,214 RP votes.
Likewise, Nagarik Janamukti Party is in ninth position with 69,968 votes and Nepal Workers and Peasants Party (NWPP) is following with 56,928 PR votes and is in the 10th position.
