UML’s Thakur Gaire wins HoR seat in Palpa-2

CPN-UML leader Thakur Gaire has won the elections to the House of Representatives (HoR) in Palpa constituency-2.

Gaire defeated Som Prasad Pandey of the democratic-left alliance by a margin of 3,966 votes.

According to the Election Commission, Gaire garnered 27,817 votes against 23,851 votes achieved by Pandey.
