UML’s Nembang elected HoR member from Ilam-2

CPN-UML leader Subas Nembang has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Ilam constituency-2.

Seventy-year-old Nembang garnered 30,020 votes to defeat his closest rival of Dambar Bahadur Khadka who received 29,905 votes.

The vote difference between the two is 115.

He had become the Minister of State for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs in 2051 BS.

Born on March 11, 1953 in Ilam municipality-7, Suntalabari, he started his political career from All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU).
