PR vote update:  UML: 2,538,341, NC: 2,402,988, Maoist Center: 1,066,641

 Nepali Congress has garnered over 2.4 million proportional representational (RP) votes in the elections to the House of Representatives (HoR).

Of the total 9,321,553 votes counted, CPN-UML is leading with 2,538,341 votes followed by NC with 2,402,988. Similarly, CPN (Maoist Center) is in the third position with 1,066,641 votes.

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has garnered 1,064,252 votes (fifth position), according to the latest statistics of the Election Commission.

Likewise, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has got 545,933 votes followed by Janata Samajbadi Party with 326,418 votes. Janata Samajwadi Party has garnered 327,910 votes until the posting of this news.

Janamat Party and CPN (Unified Socialist) have not crossed the threshold.

Janamath Party has achieved 264,042 votes while Unified Socialist has achieved 252,698 votes, according to the EC.

According to the statistics of the Election Commission (EC), out of 17,988,570 voters, 10,970,000 (61%) votes had been cast.  It is estimated that 300,000 votes were invalid. A total of 10,670,000 votes will be counted, accordingly.

 Now, the votes remaining to be counted are around 1,348,447.
