Chinese Envoy Chen pays courtesy call on former PM Khanal

Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Chen Song, paid a courtesy call on former Prime Minister and Unified Socialist senior leaderJhalanath Khanal. (Photo: Khanal's Facebook)

Senior leader and former Prime Minister, Jhalanath Khanal, and Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Chen Song, held a courtesy meeting on Tuesday.

The two leaders met at the former's residence in Dallu of Kathmandu this morning.

During the meeting, they discussed contemporary political issues, matters of mutual interests and various issues relating to Nepal-China relations, said Dr Shankar Khatiwada, the secretary at the International Department of Unified Socialist.
