Janamat Party Chairman CK Raut met with CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' at the latter's residence in Khumaltar on Thursday evening.
Prior to this, Raut had held a meeting with Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand.
Rau-led Janamat Party, which emerged from Madhes Province as a kingmaker for a new power alliance, is making preparations to join the ruling coalition.
