A five-member delegation led by Justice of Supreme Court of China, Liu Guixiang, has arrived on an official visit to Nepal.
Judge Liu arrived in Nepal on Sunday night at the invitation of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal, Bishowambhar Prasad Shrestha.
The delegation led by Liu was received by Bimal Paudel, Registrar of the Supreme Court, and Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song among others, sources have said.
According to the sources of the Supreme Court of Nepal, visiting Chinese Judge Liu has held meetings with Justices of the Supreme Court. Similarly, he is scheduled to hold a meeting with Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Padam Giri on Tuesday.
Liu will return home following the meeting with Minister Giri.
