Minister for External Affairs of India Dr. S. Jaishankar has congratulated Dr Arzu Rana Deuba on her appointment as the Foreign Minister of Nepal.
Posting an X message on Monday, External Affairs Minister of India Jaishankar expressed his willingness to work with newly appointed Foreign Minister of Nepal, Arzu Rana Deuba to enhance multifaceted partnership between Nepal and India.
Arzu, the spouse of Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadru Deuba, was appointed as the Foreign Minister today representing NC. She had become a lawmaker under the proportional presentation system.
