Indian Ambassador meets with Foreign Minister Arzu Rana

Foreign Minister Ms. Arzu Rana Deuba and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Mr. Naveen Srivastava held a meeting at the Foreign Ministry in Singha Durbar on Tuesday.

In the courtesy meeting, Ambassador Srivastava congratulated Ms. Arzu on her election as the Foreign Minister.

According to the Foreign Ministry, newly elected Minister Rana and Indian Ambassador Srivastava dwelled on issues related to bilateral ties, mutual interest and cooperation between Nepal and India.

This is Rana’s first meeting with Ambassador Srivastava following her appointment as the Foreign Minister on Monday.

Officials at the Ministry including Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal were present during the meeting.
